So, we just got back from Rehoboth Beach. Rehoboth is in southern Delaware, so you would think it would only take 4- 5 hours to get home. Nope. It took us NINE hours. There was a 18 wheeler that went over the side of the Bay Bridge, and traffic was backed up for miles. It took us 29 minutes to go 1 mile (we counted).
Also, I went to my new school to schedule classes this week. It is about the same size as WMHS, but their football team is actually good and they have a band of 100+ people (yipee). The stupid band director won't let me be in the band though because I can't go to band camp.
Finally (and completely unrelated) my grandparents got a huge HD plasma screen TV with blue ray for their anniversary. It's insane.

no one should have to suffer through 1 mile every 29 minutes. i feel really bad for my grandpa, who volunteered to drive meredith and i down to maryland to meet mom and dad instead of taking uncle eric to the train.
